With more than 15 inches of precipitation so far this year, there’s no doubt this spring will bring out swarms of mosquitoes, experts say.The National Weather Service in northern Indiana has issued a dense fog advisory that is in effect until 11 a.m. Tuesday for Allen and Whitley counties.
Areas of Columbia City, Tri-Lakes, South Whitley, Fort Wayne and New Haven have been seeing dense fog, which is beginning to clear.
