Kelsey A. Harris of Fort Wayne has been named to the fall-semester President's List at Western Kentucky University, the university has announced.

To qualify, students have grade-point averages of 3.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale in at least 12 hours of coursework, the Bowling Green, Ky., university said in a statement.
