Roger Koehlinger represented the landlord, Marjorie A. Hoover, and the tenant, Studio Hair Works Inc., in the 1,500-square-foot lease renewal at 2723 Lower Huntington Road.

Koehlinger represented the landlord, St. Joe Center Veterinary Clinic, and the tenant, Tranquil Touch Spa, in its 1,800-square-foot lease renewal at 5812 Maplecrest Road.

Koehlinger represented the landlord, MK Properties LP, and the tenant, Dunham Rubber & Belting Co., in the 11,000-square-foot lease at 4004 Lower Huntington Road.

Brian Fleming represented the owner, BFR Holding LLC, in the sale of a 36,000-square-foot industrial building at 1510 Progress Drive, Albion, to buyer 1612 Progress Way LLC.

Brian Fleming and RCI Development represented the buyer, Moosale LLC, in the purchase of a 40,860-square-foot industrial building at 2349 E. Cardinal St., Columbia City. O. Karl Behrens and Koehlinger represented the seller, Al-fe Heat Treating Inc.

David W. Nugent represented the owner, Sailrite Enterprises Inc., in the sale of a 21,710-square-foot industrial building at 4506 South Indiana 9, Churubusco, to an undisclosed buyer.

Brian Bean Brent Overholt represented the buyer, Hanning & Bean, in the purchase of a 6,358-square-foot building at 6709 Lima Road (formerly O’Charley’s Restaurant) from O’Charley’s Inc.

John M. Adams and Steven K. Zacher represented buyer, Voss Automotive Inc., in the purchase of a 9.53 acre lot at 4700 Hillegas Road from MCC Leasing LLC.
