South Side leads All-SAC girls

South Side, which has ruled SAC girls basketball for the past two years, put three players on the All-SAC first team.

The team was announced Monday and the Archers on the first team were Ariana Simmons, DeJoyah Johnson and Brittni Clopton.

South Side has won 20 straight SAC regular-season games.

Defending Class 3A state champion Concordia also placed three players on the team in Courtney Smith, Olivia Hahn and DeJour Young.

Snider (Meredith Shipman, Deja Wimby), Northrop (Aleah Swary, Quila Jackson) and Bishop Luers (Allison Butler, Addie Reimbold) had two players honored.

Bishop Dwenger's Ally Christman was also on the first team.
