Navy Seaman Recruit Zackary T. Rowlands, son of Linda R. Rowlands of Fremont and Donald Rowlands, of Payne, Ohio, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.

The recruit is a 2012 graduate of Fremont High School of Fremont.
