Grain futures mostly fall, beef prices rise

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures mostly fell Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 3.50 cents to $7.32 a bushel; March corn slipped 0.75 cent to $6.9475 a bushel; March oats were flat at $3.80 a bushel; while March soybeans lost 5 cents to $14.18 a bushel.

Beef futures rose, while pork futures fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle added 0.37 cent to $1.2977 a pound; March feeder cattle rose 1.32 cent to $1.4267 a pound; April lean hogs fell 1.48 cent to 84.32 cents a pound.
