Huntington University, 2303 College Ave., Huntington, is hosting Michael Press, an archaeologist who specializes in ancient Israel, who will lecture on archaeological excavations in the ancient city of Ashkelon at noon Tuesday in the Habecker Dining Commons.

The Logos Institute of Biblical Studies is hosting Bible college classes at a new location starting Tuesday. These are the first classes offered at a nonchurch location in Fort Wayne. Classes meet at 6 p.m. for the New Testament and 7:30 p.m. for the Old Testament in the Century 21 Bradley Media Center, 2928 E. Dupont Road.

Lifetree Café is hosting “The Art of Listening: An Act of Love” from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Ossian Presbyterian Church, 123 S. Jefferson St., Ossian.

The University of Saint Francis, 2701 Spring St., is hosting John Bequette as part of its lecture series, “Emergence of Vatican II: Preparation and Session I.” Bequette will speak at 3 p.m. Sunday in the north campus auditorium.

New Hope Wesleyan Church, 971 N. 400 W., Columbia City, is hosting One Voice, a group formed from Indiana Wesleyan University’s chorale. The concert is at 9 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 1126 S. Barr St., is hosting The Bach Collegium – A Baroque Music Ensemble at 7 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $15 and $5 for students.
