All over the place
As we move through February, temperatures are starting to get less consistent and more volatile. This is typically something that really kicks in during March, but slowly we will see more and more of it.
February, of course, is still very much the middle of winter, and just because our weather will start to include a few more ups doesn’t mean we won’t have some fairly sizable downs. This week will be the perfect example of the swings that will become more numerous: Monday will be in the 40s, but a few days will likely fail to reach 30. Late in the week, snow looks like a possibility, too.
Weather wise: With the first day of spring this year set for March 20, we are just over a month away from the end of winter.
It won’t likely be the kind of transition we saw last year, when we had the warmest March of all time.
