A Fort Wayne man escaped serious injury after he attempted to pass another vehicle on State Road 8, between Albion and Kendallville in Noble County this morning. His Jeep slid off the roadway and into a utility pole thus separating the rear axle from the Jeep itself (pictured).
The State Police remind motorists that the weather alone does not cause crashes, driving behavior does. As such, motorists are urged to alter their driving behavior according to existing road and weather conditions.
