Kiper moves Eifert up, Te'o down

ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. posted his first post-NFL combine draft board Wednesday, and former Notre Dame players Tyler Eifert, a Bishop Dwenger graduate, and Manti Te'o went in opposite directions.

Kiper moved Eifert, a 6-foot-5, 250-pound tight end, to No. 18 on his board. Eifert was No. 22.

Kiper moved Te'o, a 6-1, 241-pound linebacker, down to No. 21 from No. 14.
