Haylee Renee Eckert of Roanoke has been named to the fall-semester Dean's List at Carthage College, the college has announced.

To qualify, students must achieve a 3.5 grade-point average or higher on a 4.0 scale while carrying at least 14 credit hours, the Kenosha, Wis., college said in a statement.
