On Saturday, police raided 1436 Oakland St., near Sherman Boulevard and Spring Street, and they found evidence of methamphetamine labs and ingredients, police said. Two men and two women who lived in the house were arrested.

Chad Kinney, 34, was charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth precursors, possession of drug paraphernalia and cocaine possession. David Butler, 27, was charged with manufacturing meth, possession of meth precursors and dealing meth.

Kinney and Butler were in custody Tuesday at the Allen County Jail. Kinney’s bail was $60,000; Butler’s was $105,000. Moyer and Denise were released on their own recognizance.
