Sturges represented the owner of Dupont Place Shopping Center in the lease renewal of 2,400 square feet at 2896 E. Dupont Road to the Cozy Nook.

Carolyn Spake-Leeper and Karen Spake represented the owner of Parkwood Office Park and the tenant, Lacie’s Exclusive Hair Design, in the 746-square-foot lease at 2857 E. Dupont Road.

Spake-Leeper and Spake represented the owner, Garrison Properties, and the tenant, ESL Spectrum Inc., in the 992-square-foot lease at 715-721 Airport North Office Park.

Spake-Leeper and Spake represented the owner of Keystone Industrial Park in the lease renewal of 24,000 square feet at 5440 Keystone Drive to Supply Technologies.
