Correction

Due to a reporter’s error, a story on Page 3C in Tuesday’s edition misstated where police found a Woodburn man and a device for testing blood-alcohol levels that he allegedly stole from police. While the man was originally taken to his sister’s home, police found the man at a different residence and the device in a nearby garage.
