The Boilermakers are the Big Ten’s top offensive rebounding team, averaging 39.6, but the Wolverines are fourth in defensive rebounding, averaging 31. Hammons, Purdue’s 7-foot freshman, is 11th in the Big Ten in rebounds, and the Boilermakers had a 39-27 rebounding edge in the win over the Badgers. McGary, Michigan’s 6-10 freshman, is 16th in the conference in rebounding.
