FORT WAYNE – Work to remove a logjam that was scheduled to close the Van Buren Street and Sherman Boulevard bridge over the St. Marys River near downtown has been postponed until further notice.

The Allen County Highway Department announced the delay Thursday afternoon, due to inclement weather conditions.

The closure had been planned begin on Monday.
