The master plan will be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Parks and Recreation Department’s administrative offices, 705 E. State Blvd.

Officials are providing this opportunity for the public to view the draft master plan and provide feedback before the plan is presented to the Board of Park Commissioners on March 28.

Starting Monday, residents can also see the draft plan on the parks department website at www.fortwayneparks.org.

The March 28 meeting will be at 4 p.m. in City Council chambers on the lower level of Citizens Square, 200 E. Berry St. Questions and comments regarding the master plan will be heard.

Officials said public input is critical in preparing a comprehensive master plan that will guide park improvements and program development.
