Police arrested the owner of an Atwood car dealership Friday afternoon after finding numerous pills and a small amount of marijuana at the business, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.

Officers searched Atwood Auto Sales at 205 Main St. and discovered the drugs about 3 p.m., the sheriff's department said.

The owner, Todd Swanson, 47, of Warsaw, was preliminarily charged with two felonies: illegally possessing prescription drugs and maintaining a common nuisance. Swanson posted a $2,000 bond to be released from the Kosciusko County Jail.

In connection with the raid, a second man was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession and a third was charged with misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.
