Steuben seeks public's help in finding sex offender

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a man accused of not registering as a sexual offender as required.

An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday by Steuben Superior Court charging Brian G. Campbell, 49, with a felony charge of failure to register as a sex or violent offender.

Campbell is described as 5-feet-11 and about 173 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is known to wear glasses.
