Hulls gets CLASS award

Indiana men’s basketball player Jordan Hulls received the Senior CLASS Award, an honor given to “the most outstanding senior student-athlete" in each NCAA sport, today.

Hulls, who helped push the Hoosiers to their second-straight Sweet 16 berth this season, averaged 9.7 points and three assists per game while setting the program’s all-time record for games played.

The senior also earned third-team Academic All-America honors earlier in the year.

"Jordan is everything you want a student-athlete to be and more," IU coach Tom Crean said in a statement. "We are thrilled that he is being honored for his outstanding accomplishments on and off the court."

The Senior CLASS Award is selected by media, coaches and fans for each Division I sport.
