Grain futures, livestock prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures fell Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery fell 2.50 cents to $6.94 a bushel; May corn fell 11.5 cents to $6.30 a bushel; May oats fell 3 cents to $3.59 a bushel; while May soybeans fell 8.25 cents to $13.72 a bushel.

Beef and pork prices also fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell 0.85 cent to $1.2235 a pound; May feeder cattle fell 0.62 cent to $1.4595 a pound; June lean hogs fell 0.45 cent to 92.02 cents a pound.
