4th child molesting alleged in charges

A man accused of molesting three 14-year-old girls while at a Halloween haunt in Fort Wayne now faces charges of molesting a fourth girl.

According to court documents, Ramon Cervantes molested the girl between January 2009 and December 2012, once in his yard and another time at a local park. The girl thinks she was in fifth grade at the time, court documents stated.

Cervantes, 59, of the 4300 block of Winter Street, was preliminarily charged Tuesday with two counts of child molesting. He was being held at the Allen County Jail.

In the other case, which was filed April 1, he faces a child molesting charge and three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

In October, Cervantes took the three girls to the Haunted Cave at 4410 Arden Drive, and during their visit, he touched them inappropriately, court documents said.
