Tight end picks Irish

Notre Dame added a seventh member to its 2014 recruiting class Tuesday night.

Nic Weishar orally committed to Notre Dame, according to multiple reports.

The 6-foot-5, 215-pound tight end from Marist in Midlothian, Ill., is rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com and Scout.com. He is ranked the fifth best tight end in the nation by 247Sports.
