Program to discuss hoarding

Park Center is hosting a free community education program, “Buried in Treasures: Understanding Compulsive Hoarding,” by David Tolin from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday in the auditorium of the Allen County Public Library, 900 Library Plaza.
