Lake resident accused of flashing neighbors

A Kuhn Lake man’s neighbors complained Tuesday that he exposed his buttocks and genitalia to them.

At 3:15 a.m. Wednesday, Ricky Alan Shepherd, 48, was arrested on preliminary charges of indecent exposure-fondle, intent to be seen by others and disorderly conduct-noise, according to a statement issued by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

He was being held on $350 bond at the county jail.
