(Fort Wayne, IN) The Executive Director of the Metropolitan Human Relations Commission, Cathy Serrano, has resigned her position effective May 20, 2103. Ms. Serrano plans to pursue other interests. She has served as director from April 16, 2012 to May 20, 2013.
