A Milan court has convicted the designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana of tax evasion.

The pair were found guilty Wednesday of failing to declare euros 1 billion ($1.3 billion) in income tax to authorities. The court sentenced them both to one year and eight months in jail.

Prosecutors argued that the pair had evaded taxes on income of 416 million euros each and 200 million euros through a Luxembourg-based company.

Documentary due

“Rhoda” actress Valerie Harper has agreed to give a first-person account of her battle with terminal cancer to NBC News.

The network says Meredith Vieira will host the documentary, which will air in prime time. No airdate has been set.

NBC says the 73-year-old Harper has allowed cameras to follow her since she was diagnosed.

Blair exits sitcom

Selma Blair is making a sudden exit from the Charlie Sheen sitcom “Anger Management.”

In a statement Tuesday, producer Lionsgate says the actress won’t be returning to the FX comedy. The company says it wishes her “the very best” but has no further comment.

The comedy is about halfway through completing its 90-episode order from FX.

Blair played a therapist and colleague to Sheen’s character. Before the announcement, entertainment websites this week had reported rumors of professional difficulties between the actors.

Danielle Bradbery has “The Voice” – and the microphone-holding trophy to match.

“I mean confetti and fireworks in the background and being handed this really heavy trophy. It was all so incredibly overwhelming,” Bradbery said of her crowning moment. “But I mean, I finished the song like they told me to. But yeah, it was scary.”
