The TinCaps lead the Dayton Dragons 4-2 after three innings Saturday at Parkview Field.

Fort Wayne is on a three-game losing streak after getting swept in South Bend.

The TinCaps (60-56, 17-30 second half) scored four runs in the second inning.

Rodney Daal and Mallex Smith each had RBI singles in the inning.

Making his debut with the TinCaps, San Diego Padres’ first-round draft pick Hunter Renfroe flew out to second base in his first at-bat in the first and got an RBI walk in his second AB in the second.

Dayton scored two runs on four hits in the first inning.
