Make sure to tune in to the Lord

The creator of the world, the Lord, Christ Jesus, loves all of his creation and takes care of it. He takes the very best care of it. This means he will take care of mankind, especially if they are spiritually “in tune” with him.

Why must we be in tune with him? There are thousands of radio, TV, cell phone, satellite and various other electronic signals in the atmosphere. The only way they are of any value is to convert them into a language we can understand. We do this by tuning them in with various receivers. Even our garage door opener has a receiver.

We can become receivers of the Lord’s message by being spiritually converted. We are born with a physical body and we can experience a spiritual birth by realizing we are and always have been sinners since our physical birth. This is explained in the text message of God called the Bible. In Romans 1:16-32, Paul explains the cause and effect of sin. The language God uses can be understood by anyone who can read or have it read to them. (This is true of the entire Bible.)

The Lord, Christ Jesus, takes care of his creation. When you are in tune with the Lord, you will realize that he takes care of the atomic structure of everything and keeps the planetary and star system in perfect order because they obey him. If mankind obeys the commandments given in his text message, he will take care of us.

We have a short time on this earth which may or may not go as we would like, even though we are in tune with him. But he has eternity in store for us if we trust and obey him. Eternity will last forever and will be much more rewarding and worthwhile. The Lord says in his text message it will be perfect.

I am very much looking forward to my eternal home where I will not need to experience what has been spoiled for us in this life by what Adam and Eve did when they disobeyed the commandment given to them by God in his text message in Genesis 2:16. All disobedience brings the wrath of God.

So if you want to enjoy life to the fullest here and retire from this life with an eternal life that will be out of this world, get in tune with the creator, the Lord Christ Jesus, by doing what he told us to do in Matthew 4:17: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has drawn near.” Trust and obey him.

Repentance is to leave the sins we loved before and show that we in earnest grieve by doing so no more.
