Big Brothers Big Sisters to get donation from Mike’s Carwash

FORT WAYNE -- Mike’s Carwash will donate $111,555 to Big Brothers Big Sisters, the company announced Tuesday.

The money was raised during the annual Mike’s Mentors Kids fundraiser, where half the proceeds of every Works wash, a $15 value, was donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Locally, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana will receive $15,575.

Mike’s donations will help offset the cost of programming for one-to-one youth mentoring in the communities where the fundraisers were held.
