Pair indicted in Ossian bank heist

A federal grand jury indicted two men accused in the May robbery of an Ossian branch of PNC Bank.

This week, the FBI announced the arrest of Cameron Patterson, 28, of Fort Wayne, in connection with the robbery. A few weeks ago, the FBI announced the arrest of Dontae Travier, 29, of Kalamazoo, for the same crime. Now the pair is indicted in a single-count document accusing them of the bank robbery.

About 2:45 p.m. May 29, the PNC bank at 1102 N. Jefferson St. in Ossian was robbed by three men. In surveillance photos released by the FBI, two of the men had their faces concealed while the other man wore sunglasses.
