Adams, 22, has been on the disabled list since Aug. 16, and last played in a game on August 15. Adams, who has started 48 of his 97 games in right field, is hitting .217 with six home runs and 45 RBI.

Church, 23, is 3-3 with a 5.63 ERA. He last pitched Friday night against West Michigan, going three innings and earning a win. This is the second time this season Church has been placed on the disabled list (Aug. 2-Aug. 9).
