Columbia City football player released from hospital

Columbia City senior running back/linebacker Sam Dailey was released from Lutheran Hospital on Tuesday.

According to an email send Wednesday from Dailey’s aunt, Jessica Laux, Dailey is in a rehabilitation center.

Dailey had been at the hospital since suffering a head injury during the third quarter of the Eagles' 33-14 loss at Warsaw on Aug. 23.
