Educator to speak at Harding Junior High

Baruti Kafele, a high school principal, international speaker and Milken National Educator, will speak at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Harding Junior High School, 6501 Wayne Trace, for a presentation called "Motivating Black Males to Achieve in School and Life."

The public event is free and will include a discussion of Kafele's work with black male students and developing a Young Men's Empowerment Program. The event is hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne.
