Two losses in two weeks have come by a total of six points for the North Side football team. The Redskins maybe one of the best 1-2 teams around, but they are still 1-2.
North Side's 32-28 loss to Bishop Dwenger on Friday came after the Redskins allowed two second-half double-digit rallies by the Saints.
That defeat came after suffering a shootout loss, 42-40, to Delta on Aug. 30.
"We played with great effort two weeks in a row, but I told them how much longer are you going to go with playing with great effort and looking at the scoreboard and giving up too many points," North Side coach Ryan Hall said. "Effort only gets you so far. They are playing hard, and I think we still have a good football team. We just have to do the little things."
North Side is averaging 31.3 points and giving up 31 per game.
