Allen County dogs on new lottery tickets

Four of the 10 adoptable dogs pictured on the Hoosier Lottery’s new Lucky Dog scratch-off tickets are from the Allen County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

The tickets are aimed at bringing awareness to animal adoption opportunities and the importance of spay and neuter programs.

The tickets, which are on sale now, also feature three dogs from the Humane Society of Indianapolis and three from the Humane Society of Clark County.

Each $2 ticket offers the chance to win cash prizes up to $10,000 and promotes the Lucky Dog of the Week picture contest on Hoosier Lottery’s Facebook page.

The Hoosier Lottery is partnering with more than 60 Indiana county Humane Societies and animal shelters in sponsoring adoption events around the state beginning this month.
