Obama on Syria vote: 'Wouldn't say I'm confident'

Obama says he knew there was a risk in asking Congress to approve a military strike. But he says he is confident that lawmakers are taking the issue seriously and "doing their homework."
The president wants Congress to authorize a strike in retaliation for a deadly chemical weapons attack in Syria.
Obama spoke Monday in an interview with NBC News.
