Friday

Parkview Field

1 to 8 p.m. – Fort4Fitness EXPO; 4YourHealth informational sessions

1 to 9 p.m. – Race packet pickup

4 to 7 p.m. – Food and entertainment

5 to 6 p.m. – Kids marathon check-in; senior marathon check-in

6:30 p.m. – Start of the kids and senior marathons (kids and seniors complete the last 1.2 miles of their summer-long training series)

6:35 to 7:30 p.m. – Finish of kids and senior marathon events at home plate; presentation of finisher medals

Saturday

Baker Street Station

6:30 a.m. – Start corrals open

6:30 to 9 a.m. – Start-line entertainment (provided by radio station WMEE) and announcements

7:05 a.m. – 4-mile run/walk participants in corrals

7:10 to 7:23 a.m. – Opening ceremonies; welcome by Fort4Fitness president and guests, invocation by Dave DeSelm of Fellowship Missionary Church; national anthem sung by Shaneequa Cook, Voices of Unity Choir; final instructions by F4F race director

7:25 a.m. – 4-mile wheelchair division starts

7:30 a.m. – 4-mile run/walk starts, with firing of Fort Wayne Historical Society cannon

7:45 a.m. – Half marathon participants in corrals

7:50 a.m. – Official welcome; half marathon final instructions by F4F race director

7:55 a.m. – Half marathon wheelchair division starts

8 a.m. – Half marathon starts, with firing of Fort Wayne Historical Society cannon; entertainment resumes

8:40 a.m. – 10K participants in corrals

8:45 a.m. – National anthem sung by Fort Wayne Children’s Choir

8:50 a.m. – Official welcome; 10K final instructions by F4F race director

8:55 a.m. – 10K wheelchair division starts

9 a.m. – 10K starts, with firing of Fort Wayne Historical Society cannon

Parkview Field

8 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Finish Line Celebration; bands playing in amphitheater area, food and beverages, charity partner reunion areas

7:50 a.m. (approximate) – First 4-mile run/walk finishers arrive (finish-line announcements of finishers provided by radio stations WBCL and Star 88.3)

9:10 a.m. (approximate) – First half marathon finishers arrive

9:35 a.m. (approximate) – First 10K finishers arrive
