County Night Out set for Tuesday

County Night Out, an event giving residents a chance to meet and visit with Allen County officials, will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Georgetown Library Branch, 6600 E. State Blvd.

Hosted by the Allen County commissioners, the informal open house is the second in a trio of similar events, with the final one scheduled for November in Fort Wayne.

Representatives will be available from many departments, including sheriff’s, highway, treasurer, building and planning services, as well as the Northeastern Indiana Regional Coordinating Council and Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health.
