Adams Central, Concordia and North Side took home first-place honors Saturday during a marching band contest at Homestead High School.
Twenty-six schools competed in the Homestead Fall Festival of Bands.
According to IndianaMarching.com, Adams Central was first in Class D. Bluffton was third and Eastside was fourth.
Adams Central won a caption award for general effect and tied with Pioneer for a music caption award.
In Class C, Concordia was first, Norwell was second, Heritage was fifth and Whitko was sixth. Concordia won caption awards for music, visual and general effect.
In Class B, North Side was first, Columbia City was third, Huntington North was fourth, Bishop Dwenger was fifth, Wayne was seventh and New Haven was eighth. North Side won caption awards for music and visual.
In Class A, Penn was first, Warsaw was fourth, Snider was fifth and Northrop was sixth. Penn won caption awards for music, visual and general effect.
Host Homestead performed in exhibition.
