BND announced the following transactions:

Karl Behrens represented the tenant, Shambaugh & Sons LP, in a lease expansion to 8,000 square feet at 7614 Opportunity Drive from landlord, MoMas Investments LLC.

Karl Behrens represented the seller and buyer, Dupont Crossing LLC, in the purchase and leaseback of the 2,842-square-foot building at 720 E. Dupont Road to Fifth Third Bank.

Steve Wesner represented the landlord, Dymer Co. LLC, in the lease of 1,200 square feet at 5818 Industrial Road. Roger Koehlinger of BND represented the tenant, MXDECALZ LLC, doing business as 469 Cycle Shop.

Behrens represented the buyer, Ottenweller Property Investments LLC, in the purchase of the 17,208-square-foot building at 2321 Bremer Road from IAB Bank.

Dave Stemen and David W. Dumas represented the seller, Goliath Realty LLC, in the sale of 13,840 square feet at 435 E. Brackenridge St. to buyer, Courtney’s Bakery LLC. Courtney’s Bakery was represented by Stemen.

Stemen represented the landlord, Riethmiller Holdings LLC, and the tenant, Indiana Cheer Enterprises, in the lease of 7,928 square feet at 513 Incentive Drive.

Behrens represented the seller, Ridgewood Medical Park LLC, in their sale of 5.41 acres at 7318 W. Jefferson Blvd. to Long Term Care Investments Co.
