You don't often get to see real actual time warps, but last night in Indianapolis was one of those times.
First Peyton Manning emerged from the past, the applause in Lucas Oil Stadium washed over him and washed over him, and it was 2006 again, or 2007, or, hell, pick any year between 1998 and 2011.
Then Andrew Luck emerged from the future, throwing and running the Colts to a 39-33 victory over Manning's previously unbeaten Denver Broncos and serving notice that he will be the Man in Indianapolis, and probably the NFL in general, for years to come.
Great stuff. And mind your step around the temporal disturbance.
