2 women wounded; police seek suspect

Police were investigating a shooting that left two female victims injured in a housing addition just off of Dupont Road on Monday night.

Allen County Sheriff's officers were called to a home in the 4800 block of Green Meadows Drive sometime after 9 p.m.

Once there, officers found the two victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

One of the females was taken to a hospital in serious condition; the other was deemed to be in fair condition, the spokesman said.

Investigators believe a domestic dispute preceded the shootings, and that a male suspect shot the two victims, according to an Allen County Sheriff's spokesman.

The Allen County Sheriff's Department say that 34-year-old Stephen Dale Walker was last seen leaving the housing addition where the shooting occurred.

If anyone has any information about Walker, they are asked to call 260-449-3000 or 911 immediately with the information. Police believe he is armed and dangerous.
