Lily needs a home

Lily is a 2-year-old spayed femaile black and brown Australian Kelpie blend.

"Hello, my name is Lily! I was originally adopted from the Allen County SPCA. I was then returned due to having too much energy for an apartment dog.

"I am a playful and happy girl! I will need plenty of daily exercise to keep my energy drained. I will also need mental stimulation to keep my mind busy and out of trouble.

"I do fairly well on my housebreaking but please be patient with me and give me an adjustment period when I come home with you. I am a pretty smart girl who already knows how to sit but I am sure I could learn more if you spent some time teaching me some awesome new tricks!

"If I sound like the perfect girl for your household please ask to see me today!"

She is available for adoption from the Allen County SPCA, 4914 Hanna St.

The shelter is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
