1 held on marijuana-dealing charge

A Fort Wayne man was charged with dealing marijuana after a search warrant was served at his home early today, Fort Wayne police said.

Police said James Lee Wagner, 31, of the 4000 block of Enola Court, was charged with three counts of dealing marijuana, one felony count of possession of marijuana, one felony count of maintaining a common nuisance and one misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $13,250.

Police said their Vice & Narcotics Division served a search warrant after receiving information that someone at the residence was dealing marijuana and after buying marijuana from Wagner.

They said more than 300 grams of marijuana was found at the residence, as well as more than one gram of hashish.

Drug paraphernalia, a rifle and a pistol also were confiscated, police said.
