Pot dealing alleged after police search

A Fort Wayne man was charged with dealing marijuana after his home was searched early Friday, Fort Wayne police said.

James Lee Wagner, 31, of the 4000 block of Enola Court in Indian Village neighborhood, was charged with three counts of dealing marijuana, one felony count of possession of marijuana, one felony count of maintaining a common nuisance and one misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $13,250.

Police said their Vice and Narcotics Division served a search warrant after receiving information that someone at the home was dealing marijuana and after buying marijuana from Wagner.

They said more than 300 grams of marijuana was found at the home as well as more than 1 gram of hashish.

Drug paraphernalia, a rifle and a pistol also were confiscated, police said.
