Not that it's a state secret an ECHL team is probably headed to Indianapolis when renovations to the fairgrounds are done, but someone has trademarked the name Indianapolis Fuel with a hockey puck logo.

No idea whether this is the same group, so it could be anything.

I can tell you I've heard -- and I've reported before -- that a new ECHL team in Indianapolis could be owned by the same people who own another team in the league.

In fact, it's a team in the area. Not the Komets, though. I'll let you guess beyond that.

Also, I found this story interesting -- click here -- because of the expenditures and because the America's Cup could affect a hockey team.
