Incognito: A prince of a guy

You know the "culture" of the NFL locker room that drove Jonathan Martin to quit the Dolphins? The "culture" that was defended by countless current and former NFL players (cough ... Brett Favre ... cough) as just "the way it is"?

Well, apparently it doesn't transfer so well outside the locker room.

And so this, the latest dirt on Richie Incognito, who's no racist and is, really, a pretty neat guy (or so his testosterone-addled teammates insist). If these latest allegations are true, why, ol' Richie was just funnin' with the Dolphins staffer whose ethnicity he's alleged to have routinely mocked. 'Cause that's the "culture."

It's not racist. It's just football player stuff. That's why Favre can say he's not condoning bullying in the locker room at the same he's ripping a guy (Martin) for actually not condoning it, and it makes, you know, perfect sense.

And the fact that Richie Incognito's teammates are still saying he's a good guy?

Why, that doesn't prove the Dolphins locker room is completely dysfunctional. No, sir.
