Women advance to Summit League volleyball semifinals

IPFW women's volleyball advanced to the Summit League Tournament semifinals with a 3-0 sweep of North Dakota State on Friday.

Senior libero Jen Milligan led the Mastodons with 25 digs, which tied a league record in three-set matches. Junior middle blocker Emily Spencer had a match-high 14 kills for IPFW, while junior outside hitter Kendall Wienkes chipped in 12 kills and 10 digs.

The Mastodons face No. 1 seed IUPUI in the semifinal today at 7 p.m. in Indianapolis.
