Canterbury singers at state Capitol

The Canterbury High School Chamber Singers will sing at the inaugural Christmas at the Capitol in Indianapolis next week.

Christmas at the Capitol is a holiday performance by students from nearly a dozen high schools and colleges across Indiana.

The performances will take place at the state Capitol with Gov. Mike Pence and first lady Karen Pence in attendance.

The singers, under the direction of Elizabeth Patterson, will perform on the second day of the event, which will begin Dec. 13.

Canterbury’s group will sing at 1 p.m. Dec. 14 to start off the final day of performances.
